Mini Happy Planner
Stickers on January page were my leftovers from LifeWithMayra’s free printable Christmas kit.
I gotta have a Monday start. Never miss a Monday!
I’m really happy with this product. If you are familiar with other Happy Planner products, this is the same quality paper and printing. It’s a nice size for daily meal planning and tracking and has enough space (for me) to track exercise.
If you’re on the fence about the Mini HP for your health and fitness tracking or you just want MORE, I’d encourage you to check out the SMART Fitness Planner from FitLifeCreative. This planner is much more goal oriented with a lot of extras not included in the HP packs. It comes bound or you can download a printable.
If you just note the name of your work out (upper day, lower, run, Cardio Fix, etc.) this is a good size box for that. If you’re looking to track reps, times, or many small details, you might want to look into the larger size health and fitness inserts by Happy Planner. You can either expand your regular HP with expander rings or purchase the mini rings to make it into a standard size, but thin planner. These pages are similar to Mini HP but they are undated and come with a sticker kit to date pages.
